The 2025 Recipients of our annual Alumnae Awards have recently been announced. All three of these women embody Serviam and our Ursuline values, and we are thrilled to recognize them for all their achievements. They will each be recognized at our Alumnae Induction Ceremony for the class of 2025 on May 13, 2025.

Jane Calacci Guenther ‘76
Distinguished Alumna
Jane Calacci Guenther, Ursuline Academy Class of 1976, embodies the Serviam spirit through a life dedicated to serving God and others. Rooted in our Gospel call to serve, Jane responds to those in need at any hour, utilizing her gifts of discernment and healing to touch countless lives. Inspired by her family of educators, Jane’s service extends to teaching at various levels, including the Archdiocese of St. Louis's PSR program, the Catholic Renewal Center, a Spiritual Direction Training program, and Kenrick Glennon Seminary, significantly impacting the formation of future priests and religious men and women.
Her dedication expanded internationally, serving on the National Charismatic Renewal Services/CHARIS board, Seminary Formation Council, and later representing North America on the International Catholic Charismatic Renewal Service. Notably, she met Pope Francis and was involved in international meetings in Rome. Most recently, Jane was appointed to the USCCB's National Eucharistic Revival executive team, playing a key role in the 10th National Eucharistic Congress and spearheading local efforts in St. Louis, including organizing impactful Eucharistic processions.
Witnessed by her family and collaborators, Jane's life exemplifies selfless service, utilizing her abundant gifts to glorify God and bring out the giftedness in others. Her tireless dedication and "life of yes" have profoundly impacted countless individuals within the Archdiocese and beyond, making her a truly distinguished alumna.

Distinguished Alumna
Dr. Kelly Balch Jobe, Ursuline Academy Class of 2001, is awarded the Distinguished Alumna Award, exemplifying Ursuline's values through her commitment to children's oral health and community service. As a dentist and owner of Kids Smiles, she leads a successful, female-owned practice, prioritizing care, including specialized procedures like frenotomies, which has established her as a leader in St. Louis dentistry.
Beyond her practice, Dr. Jobe dedicates significant time to serving her community. She holds the role of Secretary/Treasurer for Give Kids a Smile, providing free dental care to underserved children for nearly two decades. Her involvement in the Missouri Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Missouri Dental Association showcases her advocacy within the dental field.
Consistently recognized as a St. Louis Magazine Top Dentist from 2015 to 2023, Dr. Jobe's professional excellence is clear. She is celebrated for her generosity, passion for children's well-being, and dedication as a mother, dentist, and friend. Her advocacy for children and women in dentistry creates opportunities and inspires. She is truly embodying the spirit of Ursuline.

Young Alumna Serviam Award
Molly Walsh Henroid, Ursuline Academy Class of 2005, lived a life deeply rooted in Serviam and driven by a strong faith in God's plan. Even amidst personal challenges, Molly consistently prioritized the needs of others, embodying St. Angela's call to serve rather than be served.
She actively supported women facing unexpected pregnancies through Gabriel Retreat Ministries, offering love and support. Her involvement at St. Gabriel the Archangel and St. Gerard Parishes, specifically through ACTS retreats and other parish ministries, showcased her desire to share her faith. Molly also volunteered for The Polycystic Kidney Foundation, drawing on her empathy to aid those affected by kidney disease. She offered comfort to grieving children through her work with Annie's Hope and loved her students at Clark Academy of Irish Dance. In her career, Molly’s service extended to Westminster College, St. John Vianney High School, Soulard School, and Kenrick Glennon Seminary.
Molly's vibrant personality and unwavering willingness to help anyone in need exemplify a life truly dedicated to Serviam. This Young Alumna Serviam Award posthumously recognizes her profound impact and selfless spirit.
