Graduation

Details and Information for Ursuline Academy's 2024 Commencement Ceremony

When: Sunday, May 19, 2024  at 5:30 p.m.

Where: Ursuline Academy, Front Campus (Rain plan: Gym)

Senior Class Arrival: All seniors must report to campus BY 4:45 PM AT THE LATEST.  Room lists will be hung up around campus and sent through Google Classroom.  Please bring your cap, tassel, and gown with you.  You should wear a light colored outfit and appropriate footwear (no rubber flip-flops, sneakers, cowboy boots, or UGGs).  Students will be able to leave purses and cell phones in the classrooms, which will be locked throughout the ceremony.

Tickets & Seating: No physical tickets are sent out, but there are 10 seats available per student for guests.  These seats are on a first come, first served basis.  If you are bringing more than 10 guests, some will have to stand or they may bring their own seating (lawn chairs, etc.).  Special sections and parking spots will be marked and reserved for those who won seats and/or parking at the auction.  The event will be livestreamed for those unable to make it to the ceremony.

Please note: On the day of Graduation, campus will be closed for set-up.  No one will be admitted on campus during set up. Please wait until 4:45 p.m. to begin arriving.

Inclement Weather: In the case of inclement weather, Dr. Michalski will contact families regarding plans.
