International Serviam Day

Join us for our rescheduled International Seriam Day on Saturday, April 18, 2026. As we live out our motto of Serviam, we must continue to “cultivate this vine” entrusted to us, as St. Angela instructed us to do.

This is an opportunity for all Ursuline community members, including students, alumnae, parents, grandparents, coworkers, Sisters, and collaborators, to come together with our fellow worldwide Ursuline communities to volunteer in the local community and continue to answer the call to serve others.  

Many Ursuline schools will also be participating in service projects around the United States and in many other countries as we continue to be united in one heart in service.  Our Sister school, Ursuline Academy in Dallas, began this tradition, and we are grateful to see how it has grown greatly. All are welcome to join in our St. Louis area efforts. 

St. Louis 2026 International Serviam Day Opportunities

1. From home before Friday, January 30: If you’d like to make Valentine’s Day cards for veterans and nursing home residents, we would welcome whatever you make from home and deliver it to Ursuline by Friday, January 30. Our goal is 120 cards for each.
2. Collections continue until April: We will continue collecting blankets through April, as there continues to be a need at St. Louis Children’s Hospital, as well as collecting period products for the St. Louis area diaper bank in the main office at UA. 
3. Join for the rescheduled Serviam Day on April 18: A group will be at the Ursuline Academy Auditorium to make sandwiches for St. Vincent DePaul from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 18, 2026. This is a great opportunity for families to serve together, including school-aged children.
