Fall 2024 --- 8th Grade Shadow Visits
Join Us for an Exciting Day at Ursuline Academy! We invite you to experience the Ursuline Academy family firsthand! Paired with one of our student ambassadors, you'll discover a community built on academic excellence and respect for the uniqueness of each person. Shadows will observe classes, meet students and teachers, and see for themselves why every day is a great day to be a Bear! Friday, September 27, 2024 --- Grandparents & Special Friends Day
Grandparents and special friends are invited to share a memorable morning with your favorite UA Bear(s) on Friday, September 27, 2024. This annual event on the beautiful Ursuline campus will begin with a prayer service, continental breakfast, photo opportunity, and cherished time together. Click here to register and submit photos!
Tuesday, October 1, 2024 --- The June Greer Legacy Night
We invite all Ursuline community members, especially those who had the privilege of being coached and taught by June Greer, to join us for a special evening on Tuesday, October 1, 2024. Coach Greer, who sadly passed away in April 2024 after her battle with breast cancer, left an incredible legacy and we wish to celebrate her impact on our community. This event is complimentary and your registration includes your admittance to the Varsity Volleyball game and happy hour afterwards. Come celebrate Coach Greer’s legacy and help keep her spirit alive on campus. We hope to see you there! Click here to RSVP.
Friday, October 11, 2024 --- Middle School Mixer
Ursuline Academy invites middle school students to a fun-filled Middle School Mixer on Friday, October 11, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Doors will open at 6:55 p.m., and the event will begin promptly. For this mixer, there is no specific theme, so come as you are! For security purposes, all bags will be checked upon entry. We will also provide a coat check service to store coats and bags during the event. Our concession stand will be open throughout the evening-cash only. Please do not bring glow sticks or similar items. Any student picked up after 9:05 p.m. will incur a $20 late fee. Click here to purchase tickets.
Sunday, October 13, 2024 --- Meet Me On Monroe Holiday Boutique
Join us on Sunday, October 13, from 12-4 p.m. for Ursuline Academy’s annual holiday boutique Meet Me on Monroe! Hosted by the UA Bear Moms, this family-friendly and free event features over 60 retail vendors and will be your shopping destination of the season!

Saturday, October 26, 2024 --- Q&A at UA: Trivia Night
Grab 7 of your smartest friends - or your most fun friends - and join us for our annual Q & A at UA Trivia Night, hosted by the Ursuline Academy Alumnae Association. This is one of the largest Alumnae Association fundraisers of the year, and it’s a great way to support student scholarships through The Ursuline Fund! We have a wide variety of raffle prizes, including a few specialty raffles, games, and 50/50 drawing! There are a limited number of VIP tables available for purchase. Join us for Ursuline Academy’s 24th Annual Golf Classic on Monday, May 5, 2025, at Tapawingo National Golf Club. Hosted by the Golf Committee in conjunction with the UA Advancement team, grab your friends for an afternoon on the green at this sure to be sold out event. Registration includes lunch, golf, on-course beverages, reception, and all on-course games (putting green contest, longest drive, closest to the pin, and hole-in-one contest).
