Class of 2030 Important Dates

Friday, January 30th --- Acceptance Day
Acceptance emails will go out at the beginning of the day alongside a mailed acceptance letter.
Friday, January 30th --- Celebration Reception
5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Visit your NEW HOME on Ursuline's campus any time between 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. to celebrate becoming an URSULINE BEAR!
Saturday, January 31st --- Online Registration (OLR) Process Opens
Please check your email for OLR information. OLR is due Friday, February 20, 2026.
Thursday, February 19th --- Course Selection Meeting
6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Meet with the school Counselors to discuss course options and the course selection process. The presentation begins promptly at 6:30 p.m. in the Auditorium.
Tuesday, March 10th --- Uniform Fitting Night
5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Meet with Just Me Apparel to get fitted for the uniform skirt and red blazer. The Bear Den will also be open for uniform polos purchasing, Oxford pre-orders, and general UA shopping! Click here for more information.
Friday, April 24th --- Cosmic Bowling Sisterhood Event
5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Thursday, May 28th --- Bear Bash
6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
We are excited to introduce a fun new tradition for our incoming freshmen: the Ursuline Academy Class of 2030 Bear Bash! This one-day evening event is designed to be your daughter’s first opportunity to experience campus, meet her classmates, and enjoy a lighthearted, friendly, and social environment before the school year begins. Thursday, May 28th --- Incoming Parent Social
6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Join us for an evening to meet and mingle with fellow freshman parents and members from our UA community on Thursday, May 28, 2026 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The reception will take place in the Cafeteria and Tapestry Garden (located on the back of campus). This event is intended for parent and parent figures of the Class of 2030 - Adults 21+ only. RSVP coming soon.
