August 7-10, 2025 --- Summer Service Immersion
Calling all UA Alumnae aged 18-35! Spend four days with alumnae and Ursuline Sisters as we serve the greater St. Louis community. In partnership with Lifewise STL, take part in service projects paired with discussions designed to help participants gain a greater understanding of issues facing those living in poverty and on the margins of society. Space is limited to 15 alumnae and applications are due by June 1st. Learn more and submit your registration here.

September 5, 2025 --- Grandparents and Special Friends Day
Grandparents and special friends are invited to share a memorable morning with your favorite UA Bear(s). This annual event on the beautiful Ursuline campus will begin with a prayer service, continental breakfast, photo opportunity, and cherished time together. Please join us on one of our favorite days of the year as we celebrate and honor our grandparents and special friends! Click here for more details.
September 10, 2025 --- Moms & Margaritas
Join the UA Bear Moms for a social night of fellowship over margaritas. This annual event is a wonderful opportunity for current moms and mother figures to start the school year, get to know each other, and find ways to be involved in the UA community! Every mother, stepmother, and mother figure of an Ursuline student is a member of the Bear Moms. Membership is automatic with dues included in the standard tuition and fees. Bear Moms aims to provide our members with an opportunity to meet other parents, deeply connect with our daughters through shared experiences, and promote service. Click here for more details.
September 11, 2025 --- Fathers Club Kickoff BBQ
Join the Ursuline Academy Fathers Club (UAFC) for its annual BBQ to kickoff the school year. This is an excellent opportunity for current fathers, stepfathers, and father figures to reconnect, get to know each other, and find ways to be involved in the UA community! The UAFC is a social and service organization composed of all UA fathers, stepfathers, and father figures. Their purpose is to provide opportunities that provide a shared experience with their daughters to deepen our relationship and inspire all to be of service in our communities throughout our lives. October 19, 2025 --- Ursuline's Open House
Join us on Sunday, October 19 from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. on campus and experience a private tour with one of our Student Ambassadors and see our state-of-the-art science classrooms, dance and music spaces, eSports room, and so much more! Details coming soon!

November 2, 2025 --- Meet Me on Monroe Holiday Boutique
Join us on Sunday, November 2, 2025, for Ursuline Academy’s annual Meet Me on Monroe Holiday Boutique! This family-friendly event is free to the public, featuring over 60 retail vendors, making it your shopping destination of the season! Vendors include homemade crafts, jewelry, clothing, hats, home decor, exclusive Ursuline gear, and more! The Meet Me on Monroe Holiday Boutique is the largest fundraising event for the UA Bear Moms. November 5, 2025 --- Memorial Mass
Join us in prayer on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, for our Memorial Mass at 7:00 p.m. as we remember members and family members of our Ursuline community who have entered into eternal rest. There will be a candlelight procession at the start of Mass. You are welcome to bring a 4”x6” photo of your dearly departed. Click here for more details.
November 14, 2025 --- Mother Daughter Event
Spend the evening with UA mothers, stepmothers, mother figures, and daughters at Orlando Gardens South on Friday, November 14, 2025. Hosted by the UA Bear Moms, this fun community event will include dinner, music, and dancing!
November 15, 2025 --- Q&A at UA Trivia Night
Grab 7 of your smartest friends - or your most fun friends - and join us for our annual Q & A at UA Trivia Night, hosted by the Ursuline Academy Alumnae Association. This is one of the largest Alumnae Association fundraisers of the year, and it’s a great way to support student scholarships through The Ursuline Fund! Click here for more details.
December 6, 2025 --- Breakfast With Santa
Join us at Ursuline Academy for our annual Alumane Association Breakfast with Santa on Saturday, December 7, 2024! Enjoy breakfast, crafts, ornament making, coloring sheets for your table, and photo opportunities, including one with Santa! More details and registration coming in the Fall!
