Ursuline Academy seeks a creative, energetic and results-oriented professional to serve as it’s Assistant Director of Admissions.

The Assistant Director of Admissions is responsible for working closely with the Director of Admissions in all aspects of the admissions process for grades 9-12, from inquiry through enrollment. This includes collaborating with the Director of Admissions in developing and implementing a recruitment strategy, shepherding students and families through the admissions process, coordinating candidate/family interviews, tracking candidate applications, communicating admission decisions, recruiting admitted students to enroll and engaging in effective community outreach to expand the school’s excellent reputation in the community.

Ursuline Academy seeks a highly organized, motivated and results-oriented professional to serve as it’s Advancement Coordinator.

The Advancement Coordinator provides essential operational, administrative, and event support to advance the fundraising, engagement, and stewardship goals of Ursuline Academy. This collaborative, service oriented role helps ensure the successful execution of advancement initiatives through strong organization, hospitality, volunteer support, and attention to detail. The Advancement Coordinator works closely with the Advancement team, volunteers, school leadership, and the Board of Trustees, reporting directly to the Director of Advancement.

The Advancement Database Coordinator is a part-time role supporting the Advancement Office through the management and optimization of donor database systems, gift processing, reporting, and data integrity. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential constituent records, processing charitable contributions, generating fundraising and event reports, and supporting strategic advancement initiatives through effective database administration and operational support. He/she works in a collaborative manner with the advancement team, reporting directly to the Director of Advancement.
