Join us on Sunday, November 2, 2025, for Ursuline Academy’s annual Meet Me on Monroe Holiday Boutique!
This family-friendly event is free to the public featuring over 60 retail vendors, making it your shopping destination of the season! Vendors include homemade crafts, jewelry, clothing, hats, home decor, exclusive Ursuline gear, and more!
The Meet Me on Monroe Holiday Boutique is the largest fundraising event for the UA Bear Moms. Please come out and support this event by shopping with our vendors. We hope to see you there!

Meet Me on Monroe is advertised to over 3,500 people in our UA community, and last year we had over 400 attendees at the boutique!
Vendor registrations are limited and will be on a first come, first served basis. Vendor spaces have historically sold out, so please register as soon as possible to secure your space this year.
Vendor spaces are $100 for a 10’x10’ space, which includes one 8 ft table and two chairs. Access to electricity is available for purchase at $10, with a very limited quantity available.
The registration deadline is Wednesday, October 1, 2025.
- This is a family-friendly event! Products for sale are asked to be appropriate for a school venue.
- The Meet Me on Monroe committee limits direct sales companies to one vendor per company.
- To utilize the Ursuline Academy WIFI, vendors must be compliant with PCI standards. Please indicate if you are PCI compliant when completing the registration form.
- Vendor set up begins at 10:00 am. All vendors must be set and ready for customers by 11:45 am.
- Pre-cooked sample food is allowed. Cooking of food on-site is not allowed.
- Vendors are required to donate an item, valued at $25 or more, for the Meet Me on Monroe committee raffle.
Each booth is a 10x10 space and includes one 8'x30" table and two chairs (unless otherwise noted on your registration).
Electricity is limited and available for purchase on a first come, first served basis with a preference to those who need it for selling and displaying items for sale. Those who purchase electricity must bring an extension cord.
Extra outlets for charging cell phones or personal devices are not available. Please bring portable chargers for this purpose.
Vendors who cancel before October 1, 2025, will receive a full refund. Vendors who cancel on or after October 1, 2025, will receive no refund. Cancellation by Ursuline Academy Bear Moms due to unforeseen circumstances will result in a full vendor refund.
$15 per box lunch (optional purchase during registration). Pre-ordered box lunches will be delivered to tables by 11:15 am. Lunches must be ordered by Friday, October 24, 2025.
Box lunches will be from Firehouse Subs and options include:
- Deluxe Lieutenant Box Lunch - Each box includes a turkey and ham sub sandwich with provolone, lettuce, tomatoes, onions & vinaigrette, a mayo packet, a deli mustard packet, a bag of chips, and a cookie.
- Vegetarian Lieutenant Box Lunch - Each box includes a veggie sub sandwich with shredded lettuce, tomato slices, onions, diced green bell pepper, diced cucumber & balsamic dressing, a mayo packet, a deli mustard packet, a bag of chips, and a cookie.
