Guiding Our Legacy 2023-2025
To everyone in the Ursuline Academy Community,
Last summer, the Ursuline Academy Board of Trustees committed to the development of a Strategic Plan. Through the dedication and input of our community, we now have a clear sense of direction for the next few years. We are extremely grateful to those of you who participated in our surveys and provided invaluable feedback.
It is a true pleasure to share the Strategic Plan: Guiding Our Legacy FY2023-2025, with you. This is not a document for the shelf but rather, it is an evolving process that you will hear about many times in the years ahead. The power of the plan is two-fold: it truly reflects our community’s collective view of Ursuline Academy and the vision that we share, and it keeps our focus on the goals we have prioritized. We will keep the community informed of our progress as well as share ways in which you can support this important work.
We’re proud to lead the Ursuline community in the completion of this impactful plan. We are being challenged to do even more for our students, to ensure that the top-quality Catholic education we provide is accessible and to secure the Academy’s financial future.
Those who came before us shaped a unique educational experience rooted in the charism of St. Angela that is adaptive to the world’s current needs. Please join us in continuing the legacy they left to our care.

- Wednesday, September 28th at 7:30 AM – O’Hara Hall – Light Breakfast served
- Tuesday, October 4th at 4:00 PM – Virtual – Link to be sent to registrants
