FACTS Forms Online Storefronts
FACTS Management is Ursuline Academy’s tuition management system. FACTS Forms is a transaction feature of FACTS Management that allows school and community members to make a purchase from Ursuline.
Data from those transactions is maintained completely separate from your FACTS Management family account data.
A FACTS Management account IS NOT REQUIRED to be able to purchase something through FACTS Forms.
Mrs. Ramsey will create an online storefront for an item or groups of items (shirts for school clubs and organizations, SPLASH Week, Spirit Week, etc), or tickets to some events, and a link to purchase will be sent to students. This is different than purchasing items from the Bear Den, either in-store or online.
When you click on the link, you will be directed to the storefront to make an online purchase as you would with any other online retailer (Target.com, Amazon.com, etc.). Items are not charged to an existing FACTS Management account. You will need to select item(s) to purchase and enter credit/debit card information.
