To report an absence:

• Email: attendance@ursulinestl.org
• OR call the main office at (314) 984-2800, then follow the prompt to leave an attendance message

The attendance email and voicemail are checked throughout the day from 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. 

Though we value personal communication, it is not necessary to speak to our main office receptionist personally in these situations. In fact, during the Main Office busyness in the morning, it is easier for her to work from emails and voicemails when documenting attendance information in Infinite Campus.

A parent/adult should notify the school if your daughter will be absent for any reason:

• appointment or early dismissal
• college visit
• death of family member
• emergency
• serious illness

Office hours on school days are 7:30am until 4pm during the academic year.  

When offices are closed, a recorded message with daily information can be heard by dialing 314-984-2800.

We will communicate information about school cancellations, late starts, and early dismissals due to inclement weather by telephone, email, and text blasts. We will also share this information on our social media.
