Catholic Grade School Students
- General application forms from the Archdiocese of St. Louis will be distributed through your grade school principal the first week of November, following Open House weekend. This application form should be returned to your principal on the specified date. The grade school will send all records and application forms to your first high school of choice.
Catholic / Public School PSR Students
- General application forms are available through your parish PSR Director in late October. Form A should be returned to your first choice high school by the designated date, Form B sent to your current grade school requesting a copy of records to be sent to your high school choice, and Form C to your parish PSR Director.
Non-Catholic / Public School Students
- A copy of the general application form can be requested from the Archdiocese of St.Louis, Catholic Education Office, or from your Catholic high school of choice. Follow the same procedure of submitting the application as stated in the Catholic / Public School PSR Student information above.
