If you currently attend a public school or are homeschooled:
Submit records through the Admissions Portal: Parents will make a request on behalf of their daughter to submit records to Ursuline Academy through their school's registrar.

If you currently attend a Catholic grade school:
Submit the Archdiocesan Online Transcript Request Form (TRF): The TRF allows for the official records from Catholic Grade Schools to be sent to the student's first-choice high school. This form must be completed between September 1st, 2026 to November 8th, 2026.

Once you have submitted your application, you will receive a confirmation email with the link to sign up for Cocoa & Conversation (Applicant Interview).

Time slots are available from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 8 and Thursday, December 10. Applicants only need to sign up for one night!

Ursuline Academy will be holding a Placement Test for all students accepted into the Class of 2031 on Saturday, February 13, 2027.  You will receive more communication about the Placement Test after Acceptance Day on January 29,  2027. If you have a conflict on this date, please reach out to Ms. Carla Wehner, Director of Admissions, at cwehner@ursulinestl.org.

If you have an Individualized Learning Plan (IEP), a 504 Plan, and/or a Psychoeducational Evaluation, please submit that as soon as possible directly to Ms. Carla Wehner at cwehner@ursulinestl.org for review. In order for your daughter to receive extended time at the Placement Test in February, all updated evaluations must be submitted by Wednesday, February 10, 2027 for review.
