A Sister by Your Side: Big Sis/Lil Sis Reveal Brings UA Together

There’s nothing quite like the moment you find your people—and at Ursuline, that starts with Big Sis, Lil Sis! During Insieme today, freshmen and juniors gathered in the gym for one of the most exciting traditions of the school year: the Big Sis, Lil Sis reveal.

Junior Big Sisters waited eagerly as their freshman Little Sisters made their way across the gym to “run home” to them. Bigs and Littles are placed in the same mentor group, giving freshmen a built-in connection and a familiar face to turn to as they begin their high school journey.

But Big Sis, Lil Sis is about more than just making the transition to high school a little easier. Big Sisters become mentors, cheerleaders and go-to people for their Little Sisters—and along the way, these relationships often grow into lasting friendships. It’s just one more way Ursuline builds a strong sense of sisterhood and community from day one.
