Committed to Academic Excellence the Business Department helps students meet the challenges presented by a technological society. Every business student is prepared for her life in a complex and changing world.
Overall Goals
- Continually reassess the curriculum to be sure that we are meeting the needs of the students in this rapidly changing world of technology
- Bring technology into all business courses, such as Accounting, International Business, and Personal Finance.
Objectives
- Teach software packages that will allow students to prepare professional looking papers and oral /visual presentations.
- Allow students to use their artistic talents through the use of software packages.

- Allow students to explore future careers through our course offerings.
- Make use of experts in various fields to give students tools to take control of their own financial lives.
- Provide opportunities for Personal Finance Classes to participate in a Career Shadowing Day.
