Writing Club
Purpose
- To encourage members with a love of writing to share “works in progress” for critique and discussion
- To expose members to opportunities to interact with writers in St. Louis area through guest speakers, contests, lectures at libraries and bookstores
- To organize or produce UA literary magazine

Activities throughout the year
Two guest speakers, one each semester, in the areas of fiction, poetry, drama, and non-fiction; organize creative writing contest and publish literary magazine in May.
