As we are inspired by St. Angela and her devotion to the education of young women for Christian living and leadership, we look at this time and this auction as our opportunity to support her legacy. FAQs
The UA Soirée is Ursuline Academy’s Annual Auction. It is the most important fundraising event of the school year. All proceeds benefit the Ursuline Fund, the highest needs of the school, and directly impacts our Ursuline students. As we are inspired by St. Angela and her devotion to the education of young women for Christian living and leadership, we look at this time and this auction as our opportunity to support her legacy. It is our hope that you join us in showing your support and continuing St. Angela’s mission! This school year, the auction will be February 3, 2024, 6 p.m.
Attend the UA Soirée in person on Saturday, February 3, 2024, by purchasing single tickets or a full table of 10. To buy tickets click “Purchase Tickets” on the auction website homepage. Invitations will be mailed before the end of December 2024 and tickets will be available for purchase at that time.
All guests can sign into the Auction Website hosted by Bidpal for FREE. You will be able to view auction items, raffle information, and other donation opportunities.
If you are unable to attend in person, you can still bid on silent auction items, purchase raffle tickets, donate to Fund-A-Need or make a general donation. You will not be charged unless you enter a credit card and make a purchase or donation in Bidpal.

The 2024 UA Soirée will include a sit down dinner, open bar offering beer, wine and spirits, and dessert.
Doors open at 6:00 p.m. and Guests will enter the Ursuline Academy Convocation & Athletic Center. Guests will be greeted by an Ursuline Auction Volunteer to get registered and then make their way to the UA Gym where the event will take place. Tables, Auction Items, and Bars will be set up in the UA Gym. You will have time to grab a drink and view all the auction items – both Silent & Live.
Dinner will be served at 7p.m. After dinner, the Fund-A-Need and Live Auction portion of the night will commence.
The evening ends with dessert, drawing the raffle winners, and an open dance floor with music.
Yes. When you purchase your tickets, you will have a seating preference option. Please enter the names of attendees who you wish to sit at your table. Include their email and/or phone number, if possible. All attendees at your table will need to purchase tickets via the auction website and also indicate the last names of guests at your table when registering.
No worries! We will seat you with familiar faces! When purchasing your ticket, in the seating preference field you can indicate your daughter’s grade, graduation year, your alumnae class year, sports team etc. For example, if you put freshman or class of 2027 in the seating preference, we will seat you with other freshman parents.
A sit-down dinner will be served including salad, entrée, and dessert. Water, coffee, wine, and a full open bar will be available. Vegetarian and special dietary requests can be made when you purchase your ticket.

There are many ways to participate and support the UA Soirée! You can buy a raffle ticket, bid on silent auction items, purchase an instant buy item, donate to Fund-A-Need, or bid on a Live Auction item. At Ursuline Academy’s Auction, we try to provide a wide variety of items at all price points to allow everyone to support the auction in some way.
You can preview and start bidding on Silent auction items Monday, January 29. The bidding closes the night of the UA Soirée - Saturday, February 3. Specific time is TBD and will be communicated closer to the Auction.
All guests can sign in for free to view auction items.
If you wish to purchase raffle tickets, silent items, or make a donation, you will be asked to enter credit card information to be charged.
You can preview Live auction items beginning the week of the UA Soirée. Only attendees who have purchased a ticket for our in-person event on February 3, 2024 can bid on and win Live Auction Items.
If you win a Raffle, Silent, or Live Auction item, you will be notified by text and/or email through Bidpal. When the UA Soirée closes the night of February 3, 2024, the credit card you entered during online registration will be charged and you will receive an itemized receipt.
If you are attending the in-person event, you will pick up your items after the UA Soirée has concluded on February 3, 2024. Any items not picked up that evening, can be picked up at Ursuline Academy on Sunday, February 4, between 10am - 2pm. You can park in the back parking lot and enter the doors by the back circle drive. If you live outside of St. Louis or need a different pickup time, please contact auction@ursulinestl.org or (314) 984-2811. Winners will be responsible for any shipping costs.

Founded in 1848, Ursuline Academy honors the unique, God-given talents of every young woman and works to assure that each student, feeling the acceptance and support of a loving community, grows to see herself as a strong and competent contributor to her world. As we celebrate our 175th year, we continue to fulfill our mission and promise to our students and this year we are asking for your assistance. The generosity of our community has been a critical component of Ursuline Academy’s success.

Whether it be a sponsorship, an ad in our program, or an auction item, you will be making a tax-deductible contribution that will benefit these young women. At the same time, you will receive valuable exposure through event marketing, including premiere signage and acknowledgment on our social media and digital channels. Also this year through our Sponsorship Program, you can support Ursuline Academy and have a presence at our major events throughout the year: the UA Soirée Annual Auction, our Golf Classic, and the Alumnae Association Trivia Night. These events entertain over 1,000 attendees in person and nearly 4,500 through our virtual platform both locally and with alumnae across the country.
